• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is strictly prohibited

As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, 9ku may request copies of your national ID, passport, or other documents at any time. Failure to provide the required documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

Members must be 18 years of age or older to register and participate on 9ku. Use of this platform by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited.

If a member is found to be under 18 during verification, all bets placed on that account will be deemed void. 9ku also reserves the right to take legal action against the individual concerned.

Deposits and withdrawals on 9ku can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and USDT. All financial transactions must be carried out within the designated rules and limits.

• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit
• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any bonus winnings

Once a bet is confirmed in Sports Betting, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless the match is called off or postponed. In the event of a match cancellation, decisions will be made in accordance with the applicable rules.

If a technical fault causes an incorrect outcome in a casino game, that game will be voided and replayed. Where a technical issue leaves the result of a bet in doubt, 9ku reserves the right to make the final determination.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9ku platform. Any such activity, once detected, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence
• Bonus abuse through multiple accounts
• Operating an account using another person's identity or information
• Match fixing or any other form of fraudulent betting activity
• Attempting to interfere with or compromise the platform's security systems
• Unauthorized access to another member's account
• Money laundering or any other illicit financial activity

9ku reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances.

• In the event of a terms violation
• In the event of false or inaccurate information being provided
• In case of KYC verification failure
• At the member's own request (Self-Exclusion)
• For legal reasons or upon government directive

Prior to account closure, a member's valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, unless the closure is due to fraud or a breach of these terms. Members may also request to close their own account at any time.
